Making a grooming appointment in advance ensures that you and your furry friend do not have to wait any longer than necessary. When openings are available, we gladly accept walk-ins. Please note that all cat services are completed by highly trained colleagues, we recommend early appointments to avoid unnecessary anxiety from other pets. To ensure a groomer who specializes in cat grooming is available, we recommend calling our stores ahead of time to get scheduled.

The time it takes to groom a pet varies depending on the breed and service, but it normally takes 2-4 hours. On request, express services can be performed to reduce service time. Minor procedures, such as nail trims, take about 15 minutes and don't require an appointment (subject to salon availability).
